Terms of Service

Welcome to Finite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finitemobile app, web app, and Chrome browser extension (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by TournaHub Solutions Private Limited (“TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Finite.

Finite is operated by:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Finite. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You may need to create an account (typically via Google Sign-in) to access most features.
• You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or content that harms users or the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to any non-public part of the Platform, including circumventing subscription gating.
• Use the Platform to track another person without consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

• Finite offers Free, Pro, and Max tiers. The Free tier is unlimited; Pro and Max are paid auto-renewing subscriptions. Tier pricing is shown in-app and on the pricing section.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We never receive your full payment instrument.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the same cycle and price unless you cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation stops the next charge; paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Mid-period charges are non-refundable from TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Apple, Google, and (on web) Stripe may grant goodwill refunds at their discretion under their own policies.

• You retain ownership of goals, names, and other content you create in Finite.
• By submitting content, you grant TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Platform (for example, to render the leaderboard you opted into, or to validate goal ambition with our AI).
• You are responsible for the legality of content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• All software, branding, logos, design, and copy on the Platform are owned by TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform integrates third-party services (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Finite is a productivity tool, not medical or psychological advice. Death-counter and time-tracking features are informational; consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. Screen Time and Usage Access data depend on the operating system and may have gaps or delays we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if you have paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at https://finiteapp.pro/terms with an updated “Effective” date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
