All materials on the Platform, including:

• Visual design, layout, and motion;
• Logos, brand marks, and trademarks;
• Software, source code, and APIs;
• Text, copy, articles, and documentation;
• Graphics, illustrations, and icons;
• Audio and video assets,

are owned by TournaHub Solutions Private Limited or licensed to us. They are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You retain copyright in the goals, names, and other content you create on Finite.
• By submitting content you grant TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Without prior written permission from TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of our content;
• Distribute, publish, or publicly display our content;
• Use any content for commercial purposes;
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract content.

TournaHub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to pritam@tournahub.com with the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The location (URL or screen path) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
